Roselli Park Plaza is located at 3407 N. Dixie Highway in the heart of Oakland Park's Culinary Arts District. It recently completed a 10,000 sf. 1.2 million-dollar redevelopment which earned it the City of Oakland Park's POP Star Award.
Roselli Park Plaza is located adjacent to the Art Park, just two blocks north of East Oakland Park Blvd., at the intersection of North Dixie Hwy. and NE 34th Court. Art Park and "Art Wall" are the result of a collaboration between the City of Oakland Park and Roselli Properties to improve this key corner of downtown Oakland Park.
